the ugly result

Hi guys! Officially, I feel frustrated. First, I kinda got finished drawing, but I went cover with the special pen that I bought and the drawing was really ugly. I do not know what I did wrong, but really regretted having bought the damn pen. Maybe, as I'm still adapting myself to go back to drawing, I want to imitate other people I see and just ruining everything. I came in inspiring me on Mei of Big Dreamer but she is more professional than I in this area, maybe I should start otherwise. I do not know what to do. Do you have any ideas to help me? I'll re-draw, but things easy. I'll try some photos of the anime Naruto, who knows not look good? Please let me ideas in the comments, as I should start, I really am a fan of illustrations and want to make some really beautiful blogs I like (:

  1. Don't worry! I'm in the exact situation as you. I feel like everything I draw looks like what a 9 year old girl would draw... If you accept some constructive criticism ^^ I think the eyes may be wrong because it looks like one is watching up front and one to the right. Don't give up and keep trying! ♥

  3. The worst thing to do when trying to draw is trying to draw something perfect, I think you should let yourself flow and experiement more, II don't think there is nothing wron with the pen, just let yourself go :)

  5. I don't think this is bad at all! especially if you are just getting back into drawing! Just keep practicing! I actually like it when drawings have a little imperfection, it's like they have more character!
