DIY WHITE CIRCLE SKIRT

Hi again guys! These days were being problematic, but I pick up a little of time and made this DIY. Well, it's simple and basically everyone who starts has to learn to sew. I was in search of a new skirt, but made by me, then I saw que I needed a white, well, that's what happened. I'm not a good seamstress, but I'm improving. Then, the material was super cheap and all I spent this skirt was R$ 10.00 (5.00 dollars). But okay, here we go.
You will need:
  • 1,30 m of White Fabric
  • A4 Paper for Mold
  • White Zipper
  • Sewing Machine
  • Scissors
How to Make the Mold
First is make the mold you will need six A4 papers. Then place side-by-side with tape and paste. Take the tape metric. Measure your waist and divide it by 6:28. This will be your radius (mine 5 "). Mark on the radius mold and then after add the length you want (mine 17"). Your mold has to stay square at an angle of 90 º. Don't forget to add 1/2" to seam allowance.
1. Now with mold ready, let's begin. Take your fabric and fold twice. Place the mold on it and cut. 2.When you finish cutting, open it. It should look like a large circle with a smaller circle in the middle.
3. For the waistband, cut a piece of fabric the length you want and the size of your waist. 4. Pins around the smaller circle and sew.
5. Now add the zipper. Cut a line in the size of zipper, fold on edges and sew the zipper. Will be like this. 6. Fold the edges of the skirt in twice and sew.

And is finished! Super fast, yep? I enjoyed the result, although in the end the edges of the skirt stay crooked and she's a little transparent (you can see what I use below). But it's okay. I'll do something to fix it. Anyway, like it? I hope so and please, comment below too.
